Охватывает заемные инструменты с признаками акций и иные виды привлечения кредитных средств, имеющих форму акций (или акции, принимающие форму займа). Примером могут служить акции, сопровождаемые соглашением пут, на которые в отличие от обычных акций инвестор может требовать, к примеру, 5 %-ного дохода за пять лет.
